We understand the challenges of caring for a medically fragile child who requires diverse medical services and products.   Our experienced clinical management team along with our bedside RNs and LPNs, work closely with parents and physicians to ensure that a thoroughly coordinated plan of care is developed and implemented.

We provide full parent education on all clinical services and we also provide care in private homes, schools, and medical foster homes.

This service is specially tailored to support senior adults in the community with their daily routines, which helps them to remain in the comfort of their home and retain their independence longer than they otherwise could.  

As adults reach their later years, they often experience circumstances that can lead to feelings of loneliness or isolation. Whether it’s because grown children have moved away, a spouse or friends have passed on, or mobility is limited, seniors can lose the social interactions they once enjoyed.

 

However, they can continue living at home without being relocated to isolation or loneliness. Aldrich Care Solutions offers companion care to provide the needed daily emotional and social support for older adults.

 

Our caregivers can also provide transportation to and from appointments or other necessary errands or activities based on client’s needs.

We understand that an excellent transition plays a vital role in the recovery or stability of our pediatric patients health. Our clinical team carefully facilitates transitional care through our specialized healthcare professionals. We specialize in the transition of premature, neo-natal infants from hospital to home.

We offer diverse advanced equipment and sophisticated services that allow us to care for infants with stabilized complications after being discharged from the hospital. We are well recognized in the region for home bound pediatric skilled nursing care. Our continuity of care provides a great resource for families that we provide services to.

 

Aldrich Care Solution's pediatric nurses work one-on-one with your child at school to provide support in many different ways depending on required care needs.

 

Our School Services include:

• Assisting with bus transportation
• Delivering personalized care while at school and/or on field trips
• Helping to manage everyday school functions, such as toileting, keeping a proper diet and providing constant clinical supervision
